Bio

Mike Maloney has a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, is a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, Certified in QuickBooks Pro/Premier desktop, and is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB).

Mike has extensive experience in implementing and configuring packaged software solutions. He has a passion for simplification and problem solving, and is skilled in working with large volumes of data. Mike's father, 2 brothers, and a sister are CPAs and a penchant for numbers has always been in his blood.  

Mike has volunteered with the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program to provide free tax return preparation for seniors and low to moderate income clients. He has worked with Habitat for Humanity, served as treasurer for a non-profit organization and on the Board of his Home Owners Association in Hillsborough, NC.  Mike is currently an active member of Citizens’ Climate Lobby (CCL), a non-profit, non-partisan, grassroots advocacy organization focused on national policies to address climate change.
